UFC Vegas 84: Ankalaev vs. Walker – Fightcard and international times
On January 14th, it’s time for the year’s first UFC gala where top-ranked Magomed Ankalaev and Johnny Walker meet for a second time. Find internationall times and information for UFC Vegas 84 here on MMAnytt!
At UFC 294 last October, the match between Ankalaev and Walker was declared invalid due to an illegal knee from the Russian. After asking Walker a couple of questions, the cage doctor’s assessment was that the fighter was unable to continue, a decision that was questioned by both fans and Walker himself.
The abrupt end to their first match means they now get the chance to settle scores for a second time in the main event of UFC Vegas 84. Ankalaev is currently ranked third in the light heavyweight class while Walker is in seventh place. Both fighters are also on winning streaks. The winner could therefore go on to challenge the champion Alex Pereira!
