UFC Stars Shine in Exclusive Shorts for UFC 300: Check Out the New Collection!

A few fighters at this weekend’s blockbuster event, UFC 300, will sport unique, tailor-made shorts. It was unveiled on Tuesday via Venum’s website that top athletes in the main bouts, including light heavyweight champion Alex “Poatan” Pereira; strawweight champion Zhang Weili, BMF champion Justin Gaethje, and his opponent, former featherweight champion Max Holloway, had received these bespoke fight kits.
A Glimpse and Then a Vanish
Initially posted on Venum’s website, the shorts were quickly removed following a flurry of social media attention but have since been re-listed on UFC’s official webshop. Named the “UFC Adrenaline Unrivaled” collection, the shorts are priced at $114.99 on UFC’s site, approximately 1200 SEK.
Not a First but Still a Statement
Special shorts aren’t new in the UFC; fighters like Sean O’Malley have flaunted unique designs, such as his pink shorts worn during a title defense against Marlon Vera. Additionally, a special jacket for UFC 300 was also revealed, showcased by former UFC champion Aljamain Sterling.
The Most Star-Studded Card Ever?
The headline event at UFC 300 features Pereira defending the light heavyweight title for the first time against former champion Jamahal Hill. Hill returns to the octagon after a significant injury. In the co-main event, Weili defends the strawweight belt against top contender Yan Xiaonan. Notably, Xiaonan and Hill did not receive special shorts for their bouts.
