PFL week 5 results: Lance Palmer earns playoff spot with TKO

Week 5 of the 2019 season of PFL is upon us and this weeks event cemented the playoff spots in featherweight and lightweight. In the main event former UFC fighters Chris Wade shit down Akhmed Aliev en route to a unanimous decision victory. Brazilian Nathan Schulte, winner of last years playoffs, got past Jesse Ronson via decision. Islam Mamedov also advanced to the playoffs after beating Bao Yincang via TKO.

Team Alpha Male’s Lance Palmer earned a playoff spot following his third round TKO of Luis Laurentino. Alex Gilpin also advanced to the playoffs with his first round submission of Freddy Assuncao.
