Sergio Pettis (21-5 MMA, 3-0 BMMA) and ex-champ Kyoji Horiguchi (29-3 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) were among those who weighed in. For the main bout, both fighters made championship weight.
Scoggins was four pounds above the bantamweight limit. The fight will continue, however Hill will get an undisclosed portion of Scoggins’ purse.
