UFC lightweight Tony Ferguson has resolved a DUI charge stemming from a May arrest through a plea deal. The DUI charge was dismissed, with Ferguson pleading Nolo Contendere to a lesser charge of wet reckless driving. As part of the agreement, he will serve one year of probation.

Ferguson was arrested in May after allegedly crashing into two parked cars in Hollywood, subsequently flipping his truck.
