The new trailer for UFC 249 will give you goosebumps! -

UFC 249, set for Jacksonville, Florida, on May 9th, and the official trailer just dropped. It was on the official twitter account for the UFC that the video was released, showcasing what is undoubtedly one of the most massive cards the UFC has ever produced.

The main event sees top contenders Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje compete for the interim lightweight title. Ferguson holds one of the division’s most impressive winning streaks with twelve consecutive victories. Gaethje sits on three straight wins, all via T/KO. Ferguson was originally supposed to face Khabib Nurmagomedov, who was forced out of the fight due to circumstances related to Covid-19.

Aside from a stellar main event, the co-main event showcases a bantamweight title fight between reigning king Henry Cejudo and former champion Dominick Cruz. Cejudo will be making his first defence of the belt since TKO’ing Marlon Moraes to win the title. Cruz is making his long-awaited return to the UFC after several years of injuries that have kept him sidelined.

My team is ready to go, and the fighters are excited to get back in there with these back-to-back events.”
