Nate Diaz Fires Back At Dana White: “Shut Up B*tch”
Nate Diaz has fired back at UFC President Dana White following accusations that he’d turned down fights with “everybody on the roster.”
Speaking to reporters earlier this week in Las Vegas, White lashed out at Diaz stating that he’d turned down multiple fights in the last few weeks.
“Nate Diaz turned down a fight with everybody on the roster,” White revealed. “We’ve been offering him fights, when’s the last time he fought? A year and a half we’ve been offering him fights. As a promoter, we have to offer him fights cause we’re supposed to give him three fights a year.
“So we continuously offer him fights and he continuously turns them down.”
Diaz, who hasn’t fought since UFC 202 when he was defeated by Conor McGregor via majority decision, hit back on social media this evening on his Instagram page.
“Shutup bitch. Your both thirsty … And why is u lying?”
Diaz was recently linked to a fight with UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley at UFC 219, however, the fight allegedly fell through after Diaz demanded $15m to take the fight. Woodley spoke out yesterday and claimed that Diaz priced himself out of the fight on purpose so that the fight would never take place.
“It seemed like it was his way of saying ‘no’, without saying ‘no’,” Woodley said. “It seemed like him saying ‘nah I don’t want to fight him’ without saying ‘I don’t want to fight him’. It seemed like he was saying ‘I’m scared homie’, without saying ‘I’m scared homie’. He’s never made $15m to fight.”
The plot thickens as to whether we will ever see Diaz back in the UFC Octagon.
