Jessica-Rose Clark vs. Jessica Eye in the Works for UFC Card in Singapore

A flyweight fight between Jessica-Rose Clark and Jessica Eye is currently in the works for the UFC's upcoming return to Singapore.

A women’s flyweight fight pitting Jessica-Rose Clark against Jessica Eye is currently in the works for the UFC’s expected return to Singapore on June 23.

Sources close to the matchup confirmed verbal agreements are in place for the fight following an initial report from MMAFighting. The UFC has not officially announced the matchup or the card in Singapore as of yet.

If the fight becomes official, Clark would book her third fight in the newly minted UFC women’s flyweight division after first joining the promotion on short notice last year where she defeated Bec Rawlings in her debut.

Since that time, Clark went onto defeat Paige VanZant in her flyweight debut from January and now the Australian born fighter will look to become the first UFC fighter to go 3-0 in the women’s 125-pound division.

Meanwhile, Eye has been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the women’s flyweight division after she was arguably the best in the world at 125 pounds before signing to the UFC and moving to the bantmaweight division.

Eye picked up a win in her first fight back at flyweight when she defeated Kalindra Faria earlier this year.

Now Clark and Eye will look to take another step towards title contention when they clash in Singapore in June.
