Jeremy Stephens Returns to UFC Action

Jeremy Stephens returns to the UFC after years away from the Octagon.

Jeremy Stephens is making his return to the UFC. The veteran of 34 promotional fights has reunited with the organization for a bout on May 3 at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa, against another returning promotional alumnus, Mason Jones.

Stephens’ Recent Fight History

Stephens (29-21 MMA, 15-8 UFC) has not competed in MMA since November 2022 and has not fought in the UFC since July 2021 when he departed the promotion. Post-UFC, Stephens went 1-2 in the Professional Fighters League (PFL) before venturing into both gloved and bare-knuckle boxing.

After a boxing draw against José Aldo and a loss to Chris Avila, Stephens signed with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). He defeated Jimmie Rivera and Bobby Taylor before securing a TKO victory over Eddie Alvarez in the KnuckleMania 5 headliner in January 2025.
