AJ McKee Jr. had to dig deep at Bellator 187 to defeat Brian Moore, but even after an exhausting three round fight, he still had the energy to make a beeline for James Gallagher who was sat cageside.

McKee Jr. and Gallagher have been going back and forth in the media for over and a year and the two Bellator featherweight prospects have made no secret about the fact that they don’t like one another.

The rivalry began back when Gallagher took on McKee’s teammate Anthony “Pretty Boy” Taylor at Bellator 169. Gallagher that evening submitted Taylor via rear-naked choke in the third round, but the real story was the rivalry created between McKee and Gallagher who have since no made no secret about their distain for one another.

Following his win this evening, McKee made a point of heading towards Gallagher and he made it very clear that it’s the Bellator featherweight title on his mind.

The exchange between the two finished with McKee aiming a WWE inspired ‘DX crotch chop’ at the Irishman who was making it all to apparent that he wasn’t impressed by his performance.
