Aaron Chalmers Signs Multi-Fight Deal With Bellator MMA

Aaron Chalmers has confirmed this morning that he's signed a new multi-fight deal with Bellator MMA.

Aaron Chalmers has revealed this morning that he’s signed a two-year deal with Bellator MMA for six fights.

The former UK reality TV star debuted back in May 2017 when he defeated Greg Jenkins via submission at BAMMA 29. The Geordie then competed another two times under the BAMMA promotional banner, first defeating Alex Thompson via KO at BAMMA 31, then Karl Donaldson via KO at BAMMA 33.

Chalmers made his Bellator debut earlier this year at Bellator 200 when he took on Ashley Griffiths at the Wembley SSE Arena in May. Once again, Chalmers finished the fight inside the first round when he locked in a standing guillotine submission and rendered Griffiths unconscious jus seconds after being blasted by a knee to the face up against the fence.

With four wins and four first round finishes under his belt, Chalmers will now continue his career under the Bellator MMA promotional banner in 2019.

Chalmers also confirmed he will be make the move down to lightweight for the first time in his professional career in his next fight.
